Booking Rules and Policies :
• 50% Rent amount to be paid for the confirmation of booking and balance 50% at the time of check in.
• Rs.5000 Security Deposit (Refundable) is required to be paid at time of Check-in.
• In case of any damage to Cutlery, Plants, Lawns, Property or late check out, Security Deposit will NOT be refunded. Suitable Deductions May be made from Security Deposit.
